What is the source of rain?

Precipitation is a phenomenon that water drops, formed in the clouds in the atmosphere, falling to the ground. Precipitation has various forms. We call rain when water falls down in the form of liquid. We call snow or hail when it falls down in the form of solid matter.
The process of precipitation

Then, let's study in which processes rain or snow falls down.
First, water evaporates and rises into the atmosphere when water temperature on the oceans or in lakes goes up due to sun light.
Secondly, water vapor gathered in the atmosphere is formed into cloud, climbing up to the mountains and higher places by wind.
Thirdly, where air temperature is lower than the dew point temperature on mountains and higher places, vapors are converged and changed into water droplets.
Fourth, while moving in the clouds, small water drops collide each other and get bigger and become heavier through its combination with dirt and dust in the air.
Fifth, water drops become rain drops when heavy water drops with a size of larger than 2 mm fall on the ground by gravity.
Snow falls if the air temperature is below zero degrees Celsius.
